I'm based in Gig Harbor and work across four counties: Pierce, Kitsap, Mason, and King. Different communities, different price points, same level of care.
Where I'm based and where the largest share of my work happens. Pierce County offers a remarkable range. From Gig Harbor's waterfront and small town character, to Tacoma's revitalized neighborhoods, to the family friendly suburbs of University Place and Fircrest. Strong schools in many areas, ferry access, and a real sense of community.
I work with first time buyers, families upsizing, downsizers, and sellers preparing for retirement, across the full price spectrum.

Just over the Tacoma Narrows Bridge, Kitsap offers something different. More space, lower prices than King County, ferry access to Seattle, and a slower pace of life. Bremerton has seen real investment and growth, Port Orchard has charm and waterfront, and Silverdale offers modern amenities and good schools.
For buyers who want the Pacific Northwest lifestyle without King County prices, Kitsap is often where it all comes together.

For buyers who want more land, more privacy, and a more rural feel, Mason County is the answer. Belfair sits at the head of Hood Canal with waterfront and forested acreage. Shelton offers small town life and lower prices. Lake Cushman and the canal communities are unique to this corner of the state.
Excellent for retirees, second home buyers, and anyone seeking room to breathe.

My brokerage, Real Broker LLC, is headquartered in Bellevue, and I work with select clients on the Eastside and across the Seattle metro. King County is a different market. Denser, faster paced, and higher priced. But my approach doesn't change. Same honest guidance, same attention to detail.
Especially helpful for clients relocating between West Sound and the Eastside, or families with one foot in each market.

If you're relocating from out of state, or simply weighing one area against another, the best place to begin is a conversation. We'll talk through your priorities (commute, schools, budget, lifestyle, weather tolerance) and I'll be honest about which areas actually fit, and which probably don't.
Start a ConversationA real conversation about what matters most: commute, schools, lifestyle, budget. I'll guide you toward the right area before we ever look at a single listing.
